Shipping & Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded for the product (less shipping) on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Unfortunately shipping rates in Canada are high, and I have no control over the costs. Shipping is a flat rate price based off current Canada Post rates. Should your orders actual shipping price be much lower than the flat rate you will be refunded the difference. You are always welcome to send me an email to check shipping rates for you.
